The spa is nice and clean. But they do not go for the extra mile, if its about massage, information, English guidance.

Staff is absolutely not welcoming. Front desk ladies do not know how to smile, not attentive, slightly snobby, just awkward a bit . (The intention maybe high-end and professional communication, but it requires you to talk, provide information, give longer answers than 3 words. If you even see who do you talk to, it's a plus.)
It looks like waiters hate their jobs and especially people. I had the misfortune to talk 3 of them.

To sum up, the idea and facility is nice, but I do not like to feel my presence bothers the staff or my polite request for an orange juice causes pain to someone.
Nice, communicative people. That is all this place misses.
