HORRIBLE! Most unprofessional bunch of women that ...

HORRIBLE! Most unprofessional bunch of women that I have ever met! They are the reason why females are not preferable at higher levels of management, too much DRAMA!!! Mandie, the recruiter for float pool nurses is a fat, snotty, vindictive, and selfish human being! Also her lack of business administration knowledge/ethics and just the "fake" bubbly way she talked was truly unpleasant and to not punch that face when she's talking like a teenager was hard. Good thing that professionals see right through her, even my current nursing manager have heard about her from float nurses that still work for her, such a joke that she would even be in that profession. Every single time we get a float nurse from that company, when asked about Mandie, each and every time it's bad response. How can her boss not know that? Probably another dumb person in denial and going through life without any purpose or will to make a change. Bottom line: Not worth it, will never go back and never recommend to any nurses I know. I know they do other professions so maybe those aren't bad. Good luck and try looking at dialysis companies or just apply directly to hospitals, a little less pay but real nursing.
