I never heard of Chesapeake Homes prior to moving ...

I never heard of Chesapeake Homes prior to moving to Raleigh, NC from South Carolina. On a whim on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to look at some houses in a subdivision called 5401 North. I was living in an apartment not far from there and was ready to purchase a house again. So, I went there to look at the different builders and the homes they had to offer. Out of the 3 builders in the community at that time Chesapeake Homes caught my eye the most.

The storage space (love that option that I have in my garage), the open floor plan of their 3 story townhouses and the standard options available were really good. It just felt right! So I went under contract for a new construction 3 story townhouse and closed this past May. Despite the global pandemic which slowed somethings down in the development community, the builder's onsite contact, Steve/Mary, was\is ALWAYS responsive, patient, and professional (he helped me when I locked myself out TWICE, lol), pet friendly, existing and new neighbors are pleasant, the different food trucks have been pretty nice since COVID had restaurants on a standstill for a while, and it's a great community to get great workouts in outdoors.

And finally, my Alex, my 10 year old Yorkie poo, loves his people gazing out on the deck everyday lol. I'm pleased with and am enjoying my new home... now on to decorating!
