Yes, very difficult to judge. Because I think the sauna facilities are fantastic and I wanted to give a 5 star rating.
But negative experience lies in the administrative part and the way in which Thermen Bussloo subsequently deals with a customer.

There is clearly a major problem with the online booking process. Where a booking is accepted and the amount is debited. But the reservation is not handled in their system and no confirmation is sent. This creates chaos and we showed the debit at check-in. Instead of putting the customer first, Thermen Bussloo unfortunately focuses on its processes, which unfortunately nullifies the pleasant experience of the sauna.

In short, if Bussloo does not tackle this corporate culture, many more customers will be unnecessarily disappointed, just like us. Too bad because the sauna is great.
