This is a fabulous, bright, airy & happy pilates studio with a wide variety of classes. Anyone who says it's slow-paced has yet to experience the full offering of cardio pilates and any of the advanced classes. That's what's so great about it--it offers daily/hourly classes at all different skill levels. In addition to the varied selection, the fantastic instructors make each class fun and virtually painless. They are the nicest, funniest, most knowledgeable & caring set of teachers...the type you'd want to grab a drink with later. All the instructors are VERY inclusive and supportive. I've often marveled at how they memorize everyone's name within minutes, even the brand new clients who are only there to redeem a Groupon. If you jump on a monthly package (2 or 3x/week), the per session cost is VERY reasonable and you have the advantage of being able to book the next month of classes several days earlier than everyone else. Highly recommend. This place is a real gem !!!
