The renovations to both the menu and the building ...

The renovations to both the menu and the building were, in my opinion, insanely successful. You can see the shoreline from any seat in the house, and even for a seaside seafood restaurant, the menu is priced fairly reasonably. Wasn't able to see the upstairs but what I did see makes me want to return.
