Extremely pricey... you get what you pay for!

The tech, Arthur, from the east Brunswick location was the absolute best. He knew the exact problem within minutes, and stayed with us for an extra hour to help us understand why our older unit broke. He explained things that needed to be done to ensure our future system would work more efficiently, weather we went with Gold Medal or not. Arthur also set up an appointment for a sales rep to be at our house first thing the next morning, and even followed up after the sales rep left. Arthur was amazing!

George, our sales rep, was very straightforward and said we will find someone cheaper. He also explained that for a cheaper price corners will be cut, and things that need to be done will not be done at a cheaper price. Simply, you get what you pay for. After signing a very expensive bill, George installed one window unit to keep us cool.

The next day the installers were there promptly at 8am and explained everything they were doing. The installers work very fast and efficiently, and were done in a few hours. They were extremely neat, and i would not have know they were there.

Throughout this whole process, employee from gold medal were very helpful and courteous. I could not recommend them enough... especially arthur!
