We built a custom home and WFS was the supplier for all our plumbing fixtures. WFS was the most difficult supplier to work with during our build. When the time came to make our selections they gave us no opportunity to view the showroom due to Covid restrictions, only suggesting we view the website and choose from there. Other suppliers would allow us to make a private appointment where we had the entire store to ourselves wearing all PPE. Absolutely no accommodations were offered by WFS. We held off and delayed as long as we could for months hoping the situation would change. As our build progressed, WFS called us and said we need an answer immediately as to what bathtubs we wanted. We were forced to go with the builder standard as we had no other reference. After another month of waiting we were finally allowed into the showroom Once for one hour to make all our selections. They were helpful during the appointment and helped us make selections. On the other hand, many of our selections have not arrived yet, which I dont blame them for, and we were given a few loaner taps to make due with. Ultimately not a great experience, but a few qualities to prevent it from being a 1 star.
