I m really not sure what the earlier review is referring to. First of all, I use Caterease every day believe me, if it went down for three weeks I WOULD KNOW IT. I have no idea why she got that impression, but I can assure you she is mistaken. But don t take either of our words for it. There are independent companies who track this stuff. I m sure if you call Caterease, there is probably some third-party report they can provide you to show when or if ever they ve been down.

Also, their customer service is great! I have never dealt with so many patient, knowledgeable people. I have talked to a BUNCH of different people on their support team (they must have a LOT!), and each one is as good as the last one. And as soon as I tell them who I am, they have my information in front of them and know all of my history.

I ve worked with a lot of software companies over the years, and I have never experienced the high quality of support I get with Caterease. I almost never have to wait on hold, and I always get the answer I need.
