I ate at The Henry on June 27 and when Prime Valet brought me my car I noticed a huge scratch and dent on the right rear side that was not there when I gave them the car . They were very apologetic and kind to create an incident report (#000317) and promised someone would get back with me in 72 hours. Well that s been 10 business days ago. I ve been calling the number on the incident report and the mailbox has been full and there s no other way to reach them. No one has contacted me either. This is extremely upsetting!!!
