The line to get in was terrible. We pre purchased...

The line to get in was terrible. We pre purchased VIP tour passes so the expectation for the cost was high. Upon arrival we were sent around in circles not knowing where we were going then left alone to wait out front for our tour guide for 15mins. Our tour guide however was excellent and the tour itself was wonderful we enjoyed that part. Need to better organise their ticket system and separate pre paid tickets from those purchasing tickets.
