I had a child in 2015. I had received one statement after my daughter was born and sent in a payment. Now almost 2 years later I received a bill from a collection agency. I called to see what happened and all she could say was we tried to call you. And there is nothing we can do. The bill they gave me and what I have from my insurance are two different amounts and they won't help me with it. Not only that I was billed for an ER visit when I told them I needed to go to labor and delivery but they said no you have to go to the ER first.
