This company is an absolute nightmare. I placed an order for a Hayward pump and filter combination and was told It would be shipped within 3-5 business days. A week later a 50lb bucket of chlorine which I didn t even order showed up at my door instead of a $600 pool pump. I was promised it would be expedited and shipped immediately. Days went by and I called again to be told the pump was now back ordered. I have literally talked to 10-15 customer service agents who tell me something different every single time I speak to them. Of course blaming their incompetence on the COVID pandemic and forget even trying to speak to a manager. I was promised a manager would call me back, hasn t happened. Am now being told 7-14 more days for the item I ordered. I d cancel my order if I had any faith at all that I would actually get my money back. This company does not care at all about taking care of their customers and the customer service agents are dismissive and rude.
