Mr. Mange and Alicia, his secretary, were both professional, helpful, communicative and supportive during obviously less than pleasant times. He spent time going over details at every step of the process, and made sure I understood all the implications and all of my options. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I felt he under promised and over delivered, which is something I appreciate in this circumstance.
