Purchased an item for my shop in which the sales associate assured me would be approved by Toronto public health.

Was not approved so sent the item back the next day as per their instructions.

Called them numerous times over 5 weeks and they couldn't locate the item. Once I gave them the tracking number the item suddenly appeared but was missing a piece of paper so they would only refund me 65% of the purchase price.

Shady company - would advise going ANYWHERE else
