When I had my oil changed and tires rotated I had 4 hubcaps when I got home I only had three. This is the second time I have had my new car serviced there. The first time I had a question about the oil used but got no answer from the service manger. When I was called about the service I asked the question again but again got no answer. So I saw no point in calling about my hubcap. Just didn't need the run around. I had driven 130 miles round trip each time for my service because there are no closer dealers for my car. I do not think I will do it anymore.
