Horrendous Customer service. Ordered a chair that was meant to be delivered in 5 days. Money was taken straight away. On fourth day they confirmed that chair would take another 3 weeks before delivery. After several emails and hours on the customer service line without getting through I called their sales line which picked up after 2 minutes. They tried to phob me off again to customer services which I refused. Lady got really rude but finally after a further call she confirmed refund would take1-2 days. STAY AWAY!!! SEEMS THEY ARE KEEN SELLERS BUT DONT CARE ONCE YOU PAID!!
