Do not use service America. I've had issues with them for years as I manage multiple properties. They don't do their work professionally and try to up sell their work making inappropriate claims. Their technicians are often challenging and far from professional. Customer service lacks any real customer service and they string you along. Don't waste your time with Service America, they service their self interests, not yours.
