I like the store, I don t like that there is no op...

I like the store, I don t like that there is no open manned checkout at all times.

I went early in the morning with a large cart full there were only self checkouts. Then when I complained their response was, well we don t schedule anyone for an hour yet .

I hate the self checkout because they always jam. One girl decided to help me at the self checkout lane and guess what, it kept jamming and she had to use the key over and over.

What a pain they make it for the customer to expect a full cart to be checked out in these lanes that are not set up for such a load.
