WOW installed a very old internet/router box. Technician claimed they had no new ones in stock. After installing, we had no internet except for right next to the box. The technician said we would have to return the old box & pick up a new box ourselves. Upon calling Customer Service, the rep claimed there is no difference in speed & distance between the boxes. We simply canceled service right away & reinstalled/reactivated our Comcast.
