Our ship was late in coming in, they were great about it had driver leave and we called once off ship and finally ready to be picked up. The company didn't hit us with any additional charges due to this. Drive was great call me a few times to let me know how close he was to the ship pier as there was an event in NYC that day and traffic was detoured due to closed streets.
Driver was friendly and professionally, will be using them more often This is my review but I am receiving $10 from Carmel for my review as required by FTC
