I very much appreciate John D'Amico's availability to come to our office after hours and immediately repair our network problem that had halted our business. We are already in the process of setting up an annual maintenance agreement and asking Klipsys to make IT investment proposals to avoid these work stoppages and work slow downs indefinitely.
