Review of Habtoor Grand Resort & Spa

We were at the resort for about ten days.

Daisy, the concierge and Raneem, the guest relations officer we're both incredibly nice and helpful.

While it's a weird time to travel with the Covid pandemic, we were impressed with how serious the hotel took Covid precautions, including "deep" cleaning, requiring mask wearing and social distancing.

Everyone entering the hotel and swimming pool area had their temperature checked. Guests staying at the hotel were from all over the world, and there was pretty much universal compliance regarding wearing masks and social distancing, including specifically in the elevators.
