Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Came in for an in-store pick up and it was THE WORST in-store pick up ever. The blonde associate looked so disinterested and walked away from me w/o acknowledging me and I could have sworn she ROLLED her eyes at me when she asked me what I was picking up.

Not cool. Not ok. Sorry, I m not so VSCO girl, but I thought UO was inclusive. I thought wrong.
