Best location, Batu Feringhi area is the most happening place in Penang, staff was nice and cordial but service is the reason for not rating it 5. So many cheap and very good food options next to hotel, nice private beach with some water sports, rooms were very tidy and well managed. Keep in mind it s located on the busiest road in Penang so keep aside 50 mins for one side travel time of going around in city. Hotel food is great but very expensive. Walk a few mins outside and you can save good money :)
