Scratched my brand new sound bar trim and claimed ...

Scratched my brand new sound bar trim and claimed fedex did it when i sent it in, did not fix the original issue AFTER holding it for 3 weeks and claiming they changed the main board on it, even though they had a label on it that it was "thoroughly" Q.C checked. Cust svc is prompt but the repair/qc guys are terrible. Sent it again a 2nd time and again the tech cannot find the fault (which i went over with Sony support and he determined is a fault to issue a repair to send to U.R)
