The place is great. First the whole experience of "traveling through time" while you're riding in an elevator is amazing. The staff are super polite. The whole experience was great. View from the 102nd floor is just unbelievable.
The only "issue" is that the admission prices are a bit steep, but that's not here nor there, because it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing, probably.
