Not what it was 18 years ago. We use to buy the most gorgeous florist worthy wholesale flowers here. During my last visit, some of the vendors were rude, presumptious, and stuffy with mediocre offerings. I am a native Washingtonian. I hate when people bring their very narrow cultural perspectives to DC. That is just not who we (DC) are. We are diverse, inclusive, educated, candid, proud, and fun.
