The unit I bought 21 days ago had a broken hinge. One of the tabs on the hinge is broken and won't snap into place. I've called customer service twice and spent hours with them. They told me it's a new unit but it's discontinued (that doesn't make sense to me) and they don't have replacement parts. It uses a common concealed cabinet hinge. Now I have to go back to Lowes to find a hinge that matches this. The customer support person was nice and was apologetic, but their support is worst I've ever experienced.
