The staff is not customer-centric at all. When asked for a detailed information on what they use to run a website, the representative told me: "Dude, go read the website". The website has little to no detailed information about the service hey provide. Moreover, as a person who is knowledgeable in Web-development, I think the charges are ridiculously high for the quality of service they provide. Their main website itself has a lot to work on. Thus how can they charge people so much if their main website doesn't meet the standards of a simple today's websites?
