Rather tatty and faded hotel simply not up to the international standards in other major cities. The rooms were also very noisy as the doors don't have soft closers meaning you hear other guests all through the day and night. Very poor noise insulation especially at the front of the hotel. The breakfast was a revolting buffet barely fit for human consumption- Certainly not 5*- Pre cooked bacon and eggs under a container- Breakfast ought to be cooked to order. So revolting we all just left- Even the five year old asked to leave to go somewhere 'less yucky.' On the plus side, the service was fantastic- Lovely staff, well trained and friendly.
