Novotel Taipei Airport is an excellent and convenient hotel. It is only one stop from terminal 2 or two stops from terminal 1. They also provide free shuttles to and from the airport, which only take 5 minutes.

The room is clean and modern, absolutely needed it after wandering around at Taipei city for a day. The A/C of my room was bad, but the friendly reception found me a new room within 15 minutes.

The breakfast at the restaurant is superb, absolutely worth paying extra for it.

Overall I enjoyed staying here. If you are in need to stay near the airport or your transit time is short. I'd recommended the Novotel.
