Greenbriar Village Apartments was me and my partner's first apartment coming from New Mexico. We lived there for 2.5 years and yes management came and went. I must say on behalf of the people who work for this company, they are doing the best that they can. The grounds keeper-Mike and his team- and the management-Holly, Max, Bryan and Stephanie were the most hard working and most taken advantage of by this company. After living here there were many problems but getting overcharged by far felt like the worst especially from a company that is Miles away from their property that they oversee. I am lucky that I got to deal with Mariya Nikitina who listened to me and we still had to pay it was for carpet damage which I would recommend to anyone with pets. Get a rug or something to make sure you don't damage their 1100 rug that they will tear out anyway because that is how they make most of their money. Take pictures and keep your lease on hand. This is the truth when dealing with a company like this know your rights but know big companies will always find a way to screw you. Its not the people who work for its fault. they are just doing a job. I blame the Higher ups who don't care because they don't see the faces of families that live in their mediocre properties and they don't see the effect having to pay an obscene amount for rent and moving out charges has on people.
