It seems to me that 90% or more of the negative reviews refer to branches or bookings. Of course that's a problem that the leadership can and must solve.
As for the medical and nursing staff, I must give full marks. All this because tried on my skin with an excellent ablation procedure by Dr. Gionti, together with Dr. Negro, Broglia directed by the excellent Dr. Storti, who has been treating my mother for years. Even my father admitted years ago and always my mother with cataract surgery always impeccable. I will definitely return whenever I (let's hope not ...) need it. EXCELLENCE
