I am giving this company 1 star, because I can not give any less.
In October of 2015 I purchased lighting from Frontier. The lighting was to be delivered immediately. Leon Wolfe the sales representative knew that I needed it all installed by Thanksgiving in November of 2015. Part of the agreement was that Frontier would have everything supplied to me to have this completed by deadline.
I paid an electrician recommended by them $600 to perform the installation.
The first delivery was missing parts. It took about 2 months to send me the parts I had already paid for. Already past the agreed upon deadline.
The electrician came back to install the lights. It was the wrong transformer and the lights flickered profusely, we were unable to use them as it is a health hazard to an epileptic family member.
It took approximately 2 more months for Frontier to send out the incorrect parts again. The electrician came out again only to inform me once again that I will not have lights.
We are now 4 months past deadline.
I called Frontier directly. For 2 weeks they took my messages but refused to return my calls.
I went to Frontier in person and confronted Leon Wolfe, my sale associate. Leon promised that the issue would be resolved at their expense and I would receive financial compensation for their blunders.
For two more weeks no one would call me back, so I contacted Toni Coticchio the Inside Sales Manager.
Toni was very apologetic, she had forgotten about my issues and confirmed also that I would be compensated for my aggravation and their egregous mistakes.
Approximately one week later a company hired by Frontier came to asses the issues.
Finally after multiple visits by this company, more parts had to be ordered and the issue was resolved on 9-7-2016. 11 months after purchase and 10 months past the promised deadline.
I called Toni and asked for the compensation promised for their mistakes.
Toni told me that their mistakes cost them too much money and they are not going to do anything for me after all.
Frontier Lighting has cost me over $1000 in missed work days, not to mention that for nearly a year we were unable to use my dining room after sundown and we were unable to host Thanksgiving as planned in 2015.
