My husband called on Tuesday and tried to make an appointment, as our air was freezing up, and there seemed to be something else going wrong with it. He gave her our address, and explained they just installed this unit last year, meaning it is under warranty. The lady that answered told him they did not have any openings for Tuesday or Wednesday, which we fully expected, but that she would call if something opened up. He asked her to go ahead and schedule him an appointment for Thursday, and she said "well, we'll call you". I told my husband we weren't going to hear from them, because it's a warranty issue, and they weren't going to make any money on this call. I went ahead and scheduled with another company, who came out two hours after I called them. Sure enough, today is Sunday, five days later, and we never received a call from Gerralds. We paid the $300 to get it fixed, on Tuesday, and there is yet another issue that is going to cost us $1500, and we will pay that as well. We are firm believers that what comes around, will eventually go around.
