Just try it. It's so easy to get a test shirt and send in pics to find the right size. Trust me, I don't know what a yoke is or what most of the size options mean. I just took a few pictures and told the rep how I wanted it to feel/fit. They handle it very quickly and then save all your specs for the next shirt you want to order. I am a bigger guy and it's impossible to buy anything off rack that will fit the shoulders, yet not look like a baggy trash bag around the waist. I get compliments all the time on the fit of my shirts, and it's all thanks to Proper Cloth.
