Really sad to write this as I really want to support small business in a post COVID world but avoid SWiM Communications. Save time, money and drama as these guys will simply ignore you and your website post payment. From the top, you ll get excuse after excuse and no urgency at all to resolve. Worst than that - instead of any response, small clients -are simply ignored. I guess it s the little guys that have no bite so SWiM don t care. Big or small - There are plenty of good alternatives (Swim take note!) so save yourself whilst you can.
