One of the worst commission scholaires at Quebec province .
The employees at this commission are disorganised , not efficient and some of them do not respect parents . One of the employees ( no need to mention the name ) told me literally I do not want to see your face again at this commission . So , I complained to the higher authorities by writing an e-mail and many thanks to them the problem has been solved the next day . I had to visit the commission many times to sole the issue .
My daughter was delayed entering the school until now because of their mistake ( they did not send the file of my daughter to the school and kept it for 3 weeks at the commission ??? .
I advice every one to give the chance to the commission for one time to solve any problem then if it has not solved , please complain by e-mail to the higher authorities in order to solve any issue immediately .
