NEVER buy with Gleeson...

Forcing a quick exchange when they are aware they are unable to complete or update purchasers of delays. house is ready but no water on site and they only found out 2 days after we exchanged. Exchanged in June and been told completion in June, July, August and now September and still waiting. No empathy, no updates, no customer service and not suprisingly no complaints procedure! Absolutely appalling and wish we could pull out!
