DPD is the most horrible logistic company with extremely incompetent employees.

I live in Frankfurt (Sachsenhausen) and our postman is sick person. He came to bring my parcel, when I opened the door he was screaming on me and BLACKMAILING. To be honest it is very shocking when you open the door and stranger behaves like this. I was just shocked and did not know what was going on. I tried to calm him down and asked what s wrong with him. He was still screaming in front of our neighbors, and said that he was waiting downstairs too long, until I opened the door. It was funny, as I immediately opened the door. But anyway this is also his job and he can not behave this way: SCREAM, BLACKMAIL, and THROW AWAY parcel in front of customer.

Finally he said that he will remember my name and I will NEVER GET PARCEL ANYMORE. And I ll have to go and pick up myself. And he did it so ...
No more parcels are delivered from DPD to my address.

Is this customer service that I pay for ?

DPD has to make changes, this is not the way you can continue working, I m sure very soon you ll have VERY BIG PROBLEMS.
