One of the best hotels in the city of Madrid. Although it is true that its price is a little higher than the average in the city, if you make a reservation in advance, you can get a very affordable price.
The views are spectacular, from either side of the building. The treatment of staff is excellent. The truth is that they make you feel special.
It has a spa on the 29th floor. Although it is a bit small, the views are amazing. When it gets dark it's super romantic.
The restaurant is on the 30th floor. On one side is 'Volvoreta', a restaurant that you can go to without having to be staying at the hotel (which I recommend 100%). On the other, the area for guests. The breakfast is awesome, I think the best I have ever had in my life. It is buffet, and there are from pancakes and churros to sushi and champagne. Of course, you can go to breakfast paying separately without having to stay (it costs 25 euros per person and no reservation is necessary).
The only "negative" is the excessive price of their room service and minibar.
