Horrendous. Couldn t shirk my claim quick enough. Used a minor, completely irrelevant matter on the original compare the market quote to wriggle out of offering any support. Had a letter offering a refund and a termination of policy as soon as they became aware I wanted to make a claim. Crooks. Avoid if you actually want cover. Now with Direct Line who couldn t believe policy experts stance. Will be taking this further.
