In servicing my Prius, Magnussen's was prompt, courteous, competent, fairly straightforward and thorough.

Be aware that service packages they offer may include some extras you might not want or need. The 90,000-mile package first offered turned out on examination to include some things I felt were unnecessary. It was a deluxe package, and a less expensive package of more essential items was also available, but had I not asked I would not have learned that.

Labor rates aren't advertised, making it more difficult for consumers to shop around. This shop's rate is $150/hr as of Feb 2013. They charged MSRP for parts, and the expected number of shop time hours for each repair.
