Corinne was very nice and knowledgeable but the installation was absolutely horrific. I attached pictures - hopefully you can see them. I bought mechanical blinds for my parents so they could use a remote to open and close them. Not all types of blinds come in the width we needed and the one we chose was over $2000.00. The person who installed the blind did not even hook up the battery pack that we paid almost $300 extra for. He did however hook up the wall plug. Let s just say if my mom decides to hang a valence instead of curtains or go without curtains all together we will have to patch holes that should not have been put into the walls. I could not be more angry, shocked or disappointed with this partial installation and the gross negligence to detail.
