James is fantastic. He has designed 2 new builds for me and nothing was too much trouble. He is very easy to get along with and he is extremely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone and certainly use him if I need an architect again...... I can't compare him to any local architects that I don't have knowledge of but in my opinion he is the best. Thank you
