I had a very positive experience at the Marion store. I had purchased a new to me car from another dealership in June but it wasn't turning out to be such a great experience. My husband and I showed up on a snowy Saturday afternoon to see if we could test drive a Chevy Volt (I had found one online that looked promising). I quickly discovered that wasn't the car for me. Dario lined up a few more options for me to test drive on Monday night and, after some deliberation, I chose a Ford CMax...Dario, Cal and Curt all worked together to make the experience positive and relatively pain free. There were a few things they needed to do to the Cmax to make it eligible for the certified warranty and they graciously provided a loaner vehicle for me during those times. The loaner vehicles weren't the awesomest but the team @ the dealership worked to rectify any of the deficiencies. I would highly recommend Dario and the Marion Used Car location as a place to start looking for a vehicle. They have a great selection and, if you are looking for something specific, they have the ability of looking at the entire McGrath inventory and can bring the vehicle there for you to test drive. Excellent customer service and definitely a different buying experience than I've had in previous purchases.
