Never in my life have a been through such a horrib...

Never in my life have a been through such a horrible experience as my wife and I had at this dealership. We were the first people to come and test drive and buy a highlander that was posted online the same day. 10 minutes from the dealership we get a call that someone called in and put a deposit on the vehicle, preventing us from buying it for 48 hours. We still came, loved it and said that we would like to put in a deposit the minute the 48 hours ended so we could purchase it, CASH. Salesman said there was a high chance the customer's finances would fall through. After 48 hours of eagerly waiting and the other customer not showing up, we showed up, ready to buy. But management ( I'd like to point out specifically Kartik )stopped us from buying, as they extended the other customers deposit timeline another 12 hours because they called in! This was a total stoke-show of a process for someone's first experience buying from what I thought would be a reputable dealership and to be given the run around for 4 days was a complete waste of our time. We of course lost out on the vehicle. This is a totally unfair practice, especially on a young couple ready to buy with zero response or sympathy from management on screwing this up. I really hope the owner see's this and stricter policy is put in place to prevent this from happening to someone else. I will take every opportunity in my line of work in the auto industry to prevent someone from purchasing from this dealership.
