Chris Hix made it very easy to get into a new Audi, and the dealership had a great selection to choose from. I was in a hurry to get a new car before the insurance had my (hail damaged) totaled vehicle picked up, and my schedule did not allow for running around to auto dealers. Chris did the negotiations over email, so when I walked into the dealership for my appointment, the deal was ready for me to sign, and my new car had already been detailed and was ready to drive home.
