Consistant issues with the patients harassing the ...

Consistant issues with the patients harassing the neighborhood. Aides do not help and are very non attentive to the patients. Several death threats not only from the patients but from the aides as well. Today I witnessed first hand an aide kicking and beating one of the patients to the point the patient was screaming out of the window to the neighborhood to call the police. Disgraceful and complete lack of humanity. Someone needs to rectify and oversee these homes better if they want the patients to remain in residential housing units.
